There are several payment options available for your pet's treatment, depending on whether you have pet insurance or not. Please note that we cannot guarantee full coverage of treatment costs by your insurance company. We recommend contacting your insurer prior to your appointment to understand your coverage and policy exclusions, and to authorise us to communicate with them on your behalf.
We highly encourage pre-authorisation as it helps both you and us to anticipate any potential gaps in insurance coverage. Kindly reach out to our reception team for support in arranging pre-approval before your appointment. For pets not covered by insurance for whatever reason, we request a 50% deposit of the estimated treatment cost upon admission, with the remaining balance settled upon discharge. Please note that treatment cannot proceed without payment.
We also work with a third party credit provider who can provide monthly payment plans after a credit check. Please contact us to start an application.
